    • I'm wanting to make a "headpiece" kinda like this one here.  My question is how does one wear it without it slipping off?  EDIT: For those without a MySpace.  x-posted on Make-up and hair for dancers at tribe.net

    • Does anyone know of a website that shows how to make weighted veil poi aka voi? Sorry for the cross posting.
  • Sergers?
    • Hello. I am interested in purchasing my first serger. I'm okay at sewing. I'm not a novice but certainly no expert. I have been attempting to research sergers online. But I'm totally confused by all the options that are available. So far  I think I want a serger that will do a cover stitch and overlock stitch. Although, I'm not 100% certain of what kind of stitches are available from sergers or what some of the stitches I'm interested in are called. So if anyone knows of a good website where I can learn more about sergers and what they offer please let me know.Thanks!X-posted in costuming and patternsource
