Chocolate Fountain Rentals News and Information
  • Peanut Butter Surprise Chocolate Cookie
    • I've had this recipe in my file forever! I made these and gave some to my kids and the neighborhood kids who were outside playing. They went wild for them! I kept having more and more kids show up at my door wanting some more! lol They are soft and have a nice peanut butter middle. Kind of reminds me of the commercial Hershey's cookies that are Reese's flavored. -- posted by beckerd
  • Elsie's Chocolate Mousse Cake
    • From a Borden recipe booklet I picked up in 1993. Makes a 9-inch 2 layer cake. A wonderfully light cake in texture with a great chocolate flavor. This is a bit of work with the extra chill times but it is definitely worth it. Remember to store this in the refrigerator. -- posted by HokiesLady
  • Oatmeal, Chocolate Chip, and Pecan Cookies
    • From Cooking Light - These easy drop cookies are crisp on the outside and slightly chewy on the inside. Chocolate minichips disperse better in the batter, but you can use regular chips. Directions say to line baking sheets with parchment paper, but I bake mine on a baking stone and they always come out great. After 24 hours or so they become hard, but if you put two cookies in the microwave for about 10 seconds, they're soft, warm, and taste fresh-baked. -- posted by mailbelle
