Roots Based Organization Future of Jazz Makes A Difference

Atlanta, GA--July 3, 2006-- The Future of Jazz is a roots based organization founded in February 2004 in Atlanta Georgia. The showcase evolved into a competition when Alonzo Craig, program director of The City of Atlanta’s Office of Cultural Affairs needed a way to find the best local talent for Atlanta’s Jazz Festival.

Our Spring 2007 season is over and we are taking our summer break. Please do check back here in September as the Good News Big Band starts the Fall / Winter 2007 season. We already have a church service lined up in October at Westwood church and four Christmas concerts in December!
