Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding
-
The hawaiian bread used in this recipe makes this one a keeper! You can drizzle a rum toffee sauce over it or a chocolate sauce over it right before serving. I prefer the chocolate sauce. I posted the recipes for both great sauces. I hope you enjoy this recipe. -- posted by Cooking in Missouri

Chocolate Genoise Cake
-
This is my first attempt at doing a genoise with agave. I have no idea if it will work, but I'm giving it a shot. This type of cake typically uses less sugar than a regular butter cake, but I want to lower the glycemic index even further by using agave nectar.
It is adapted from Rose Levy Beranbaum's Cake Bible. -- posted by Chef #633339

From-Scratch Cherry Brownies
-
I didn't see any recipes for cherry brownies that don't use pie filling or box mix, so I came up with my own. The cherries make the brownies very moist and add subtle fruit flavor. I bet you could use other canned or cooked fruits in this (berries, peaches, pears) with good effect. The base brownie recipe comes from "The Wise Encyclopedia of Cookery" ca. 1949 and it's still a super recipe. -- posted by sprout 13
