    • These are sooooo good! No exaggeration. The topping is light and fluffy and not overly sweet, and you would never know that the cupcakes were vegan. The recipe come from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. Once you taste these cupcakes, there will be no doubt that these can take over the world! The mousse topping makes enough for probably 2 dozen cupcakes, so go ahead and double the cupcake recipe...they are sure to disappear in no time.   • Dark-As-Sin-Death-By-Hot-Chocolate
    • I was fiddling in the kitchen, trying to come up with something like that chocolate drink that Starbucks discontinued a couple years ago and came up with this.....whoo dang, good! But, if you don't like dark, use a milk chocolate instead, and add more sugar to counter the cocoa.This drink is best served in about 1/3-1/2 cup quantities, and sipped little bits in between nibbles of fruit or pound cake. -- posted by KitchenQuartz
