    • JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Nude dancing clubs that do not serve alcohol have sued the City of Jacksonville on constitutional claims in Federal Court, according to a court reporting service. The Jacksonville Property Rights Association, whose members include Sinstation and The Doll House, claimed that a city ordinance that requires them to be licensed is an unconstitutional and an illegal abridgement of expression, according to the report. The news service said the group also challenges city zoning and taxes, which it claims are attempts to drive them out of business.
