Throughout the province of Ferrara the cult of Saint George is remarkable for a medieval belief that the dragon Saint George defeated inhabited the Po.   • Cherry Treat
    • Unusual and delicious with a sour cream and sweetened condensed milk layer. This tastes like a cheesecake. Use a spatula to get under the crust when ready to serve. The crust is very tasty. I used 5% sour cream and 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk and cooked the cake for 45 minutes. It might cook less if you use full fat sour cream and 11 oz. sweetened condensed milk. -- posted by Olga Drozd

    • Any time I try a regular low fat cheesecake, it tastes really fake to me. These ingredients are totally different than a regular cheesecake so while it isnt exactly the same, it does act as a fairly good substitute. -- posted by Chef #263673
